Return Policy

You have the right to return the product you purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days by choosing another product or requesting a refund. In both cases the return costs are borne by the customer.

Please note that for the request for return or replacement of a product to be accepted, the following conditions must be met cumulatively:

• Contact the store at +30 2271 042112 or by mail info@daelshoes.gr, to report your request and approve the return of the product.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all the original accompanying documents (proof of purchase, guarantee, instructions for use).
• Returns are made only with the company Speedex Courier while the packaging of the shipment of the returned product must be safe so as not to cause any damage during transportation. In case of loss or destruction of the product during the transportation of the return, our company bears no responsibility.

Returns that do not meet the above requirements are not accepted. Change of already changed products is not allowed.

If the order has been executed incorrectly by us, such as sending a defective product or damaged packaging or a different product from that of your order, then you are entitled to the repair or replacement of the product at your own expense.

Finally, in case of product return, your refund will be completed within fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of the product, after deducting from the amount that will be deposited in your account the shipping and return costs of your order.
